Presenting Kurt Drake...
Kurt Drake began his career in make-up when he was very young. He and his neighborhood friends made haunted houses in their parents' barns every Halloween. Later, in college, Kurt worked for a haunted house as a make-up artist. Kurt earned a degree in Industrial Design which eventually led him to Orlando, where he was working for a company designing theme park attractions and roller coasters.
Kurt had become bored of working behind a desk and jumped on the opportunity to work for Enjoy Your Face, where he painted faces in the famous Orlando theme parks. Kurt stayed four years, painting thousands of guests while constantly improving his intricate face painting style. Kurt has taught at many major make-up trade shows and has been featured in some of the industry's top magazines.
Kurt now works at Wolfe Face Art & FX doing package design, assisting at trade shows, and contributing to the face paints featured on the packages and advertisement
